We explore the primary wine country of Eastern Europe, believed by many archaeologists to be the source of the world's first cultivated grapevines, as much as 7000 years ago.

We pair six Georgian wines with a very nice selection of authentic Georgian cuisine. Add Georgian music, some interesting local trivia and a photography exhibit featuring this beautiful region for a unique cultural experience.  

Klimat is one of the few venues in Manhattan that carries an extensive selection of Eastern European wine and beer. We have the pleasure of inaugurating their newly renovated wine bar/cellar.
