Lemon Squeezer Yoga Hike and Swim

Join us for a moderately challenging and thoroughly enjoyable hike in Harriman State Park. We'll hike through the woods, past the lake, shimmy our booties through the lemon squeezer, and head up to our yoga overlook. This is a fun hike and a good workout!

Once we hit our yoga spot, we'll lay out our yoga mats on the rock for a yoga practice designed to stretch the muscles we just worked.

After our practice, we have lunch together under the shade of a tree. Next it's a hike down to the swimming spot to cool off!
